Primitive Knife-Making Workshop

Join the park smiths at the forge for a hands-on class where students will learn the process of hand-forging a primitive knife. Each participant will make their own 4”-6” knife from high carbon steel and learn to temper and sharpen it. They will also make the handle from local hardwoods. Materials and tools are supplied.
